The Zephyr Project Community Meetup Series came to Copenhagen, Denmark, on May 12, 2026, bringing together developers, engineers, contributors, and open source enthusiasts for an evening of technical sessions, networking, and community discussion.

Hosted by Demant A/S near Copenhagen, the meetup highlighted real-world Zephyr adoption in hearing healthcare and audio technology, along with updates from the broader embedded ecosystem.

Sessions included:

Dictionary-Based Logging on Battery-Powered Hearing Aids – Leonardo Bispo, Embedded developer, Oticon

The evening concluded with a quiz, hardware board distribution, and networking, giving attendees the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and continue conversations around Zephyr.

Thank you to Demant for hosting the meetup and supporting the venue and refreshments, STMicroelectronics for sponsoring hardware board giveaways, and all speakers, attendees, and community members who helped make the Copenhagen meetup a success.
