Embedded World Exhibition & Conference: Nuremberg, Germany 2026

Established in Nuremberg back in March 2003, the embedded world Conference is now going into its 24th edition in 2026. The original concept of a unique combination of an exhibition for engineers and technical management on one hand and a world-leading conference at the intersection of applied research and industrial applications on the other hand has proven extremely successful.

embedded world Exhibition & Conference is driven by technology as well as applications with a strong focus on system and cross domain aspects. And it is driven by the embedded community – and its annual meeting.

Call for Papers is open! Submit your proposal by 29.9.2025.

With this call, we invite you to contribute your Technical Presentation, Class, Panel Discussion or Keynote to the 24th edition of the embedded world Conference 2026 in Nuremberg. You are invited to present future-oriented technologies and solutions, best practices, new ideas and smart concepts for efficient development and life cycle processes. Use your presentation to initiate discussions and to help other engineers and managers to benefit from your experience.

Present a technical talk and outline your experience from technology implementations or present prototypes and application examples. Talks should be substantial, insightful and educational. Submissions promoting commercial technologies and products will not be accepted. Application-related contributions from research and pre-development are welcome to enrich the program.

Special Call for Papers:

The Zephyr Project is a community partner of the Embedded World Conference. The embedded world Conference in collaboration with the Zephyr Project is calling for proposals for a special Zephyr session. The special Zephyr session topics shall give an overview of new technology trends. The special topics of the Zephyr session will include:

• Future Evolution: Content includes new technologies proposed for inclusion or recently included into the project; discussion of roadmaps for communication technologies, architectures, interfaces, benchmarking activities and drivers are encouraged.
• Market Segment Specific Solutions: Zephyr use in commercial products and other open source projects has grown impressively. For this track, we are looking for solutions, research, products and projects that leverage Zephyr today.
• Ecosystem Growth: When we started the Zephyr Project, we wanted to shape an operating system that could be used securely, as well as in safety critical applications. For those applications to be effectively deployed additional tooling is needed to support Zephyr and complimentary solutions. Learning more about the tools and the features that developers can leverage to help create efficient, secure and safe solutions would be welcome.
