Zephyr in Science and Education 2026
Navimatix and inovex is hosting Zephyr in Science and Education 2026 to bring together universities, research institutions, industry partners, and the wider Zephyr community. Building on its expertise in Zephyr RTOS training, workshops, and professional embedded systems development, Navimatix aims to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, promote the integration of Zephyr into education and applied research, and support the next generation of developers in adopting Zephyr as a sustainable, future-oriented platform for embedded systems.
The aims of the planned conference include:
- Increased use of Zephyr in academic education
- Integration of Zephyr in research and science
- Networking of ‘trainers’ to exchange methods and training approaches
- Exchange on teaching content and methodological teaching approaches, particularly in the area of embedded system development
The conference will take place on 22 September 2026 in the Abbe Center of Photonics, which is the academic center of scientific activities in the fields of optics and photonics at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena.
