The splitR™ acts as both a Bluetooth receiver and transmitter, serving as a central hub for connecting multiple Bluetooth-enabled devices, including host systems and audio outputs. It supports Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast™, enabling one-to-many audio broadcasting to multiple compatible receivers with low latency and high audio quality.

Zephyr RTOS enabled the team to accelerate product development by providing a hardware-agnostic, production-ready ecosystem with mature Bluetooth and power management subsystems. Its modular architecture and standardized configuration mechanisms allowed rapid iteration and seamless scaling of features such as multi-device audio and Auracast™, without reimplementing low-level functionality. Strong community support and long-term maintainability reduced technical risk and allowed the team to focus on delivering core product value.
