Bluetooth: HCI UART

Overview

Expose Zephyr Bluetooth Controller support over UART to another device/CPU using the H:4 HCI transport protocol (requires HW flow control from the UART)

Requirements

• BlueZ running on the host, or
• A board with BLE support
