SUMMARY:A Visual Approach to Devicetree Configuration // Zephyr Tech Talk #030
DESCRIPTION:Devicetree is a powerful way to describe hardware\, but things can quickly turn into a maze of DTS files and overlays. Keeping track of pins\, buses\, interrupts\, and board-level constraints by hand is error-prone and hard to review. \nIn this new Tech Talk episode with Maxim Gorinov (Embedd.it) \, we’ll look at a graphical approach to building Devicetree configurations. We’ll walk through a structured component model and visual editor that help you navigate peripherals\, pins\, interrupts\, buses\, and dependencies\, while keeping the generated Devicetree clear and maintainable. Whether you’re regularly wrestling with complex Devicetree setups or just curious about more visual workflows for Zephyr-based designs\, this session should give you practical ideas and patterns you can bring back to your projects. \nZephyr Tech Talks are live streams organized by and for the Zephyr community. Join us live to ask your questions directly to our guests\, or catch the recording anytime afterward. \nJoin the Linkedin live or the YouTube live session.

SUMMARY:Edge AI on Constrained Devices with Edge Impulse & Zephyr // Zephyr Tech Talk #031
DESCRIPTION:Adding machine learning capabilities into a firmware project can be tedious as one needs to not only enable and configure an inference SDK (e.g.\, LiteRT for Microcontrollers) but also import (and keep in-sync!) their trained model every time the dataset changes or the model architecture evolves. \nIn this Tech Talk\, Benjamin will be joined by Eoin Jordan and Francesco Varani from Edge Impulse to discuss how to streamline this workflow using dedicated West commands\, effectively turning the AI pipeline into a native part of your regular Zephyr build process. As always\, expect many live demos and hardly any slides! \nZephyr Tech Talks are live streams organized by and for the Zephyr community. Join us live to ask your questions directly to our guests\, or catch the recording anytime afterward. \nJoin the Linkedin live or the YouTube live session.

SUMMARY:Zephyr Project Meetup (March 18\, 2026) - Jena\, Germany
DESCRIPTION:Meet Zephyr – Moderne MCU-Applikationen am Beispiel des CAN Bus\nVon Zephyr zu CANnectivity – eine Safari durch moderne Werkzeugketten. \nMehr details hier.

SUMMARY:Open Source Summit: India 2026
DESCRIPTION:Open Source Summit is the premier event for open source developers\, technologists\, and community leaders to collaborate\, share information\, solve problems\, and gain knowledge\, furthering open source innovation and ensuring a sustainable open source ecosystem. It is the gathering place for open-source code and community contributors. \nOpen Source Summit is not a single-focus\, niche event—it’s the big tent that unites the full spectrum of open source technologies and communities. Whether you work in cloud infrastructure\, Linux kernel development\, AI/ML\, embedded systems\, DevOps\, security\, or safety-critical systems\, Open Source Summit offers a shared space to exchange ideas\, make connections\, and learn across domains. It’s where technologists who don’t typically land in the same room get a chance to collaborate. \nAt the same time\, Open Source Summit brings in the leaders and practitioners who support the ecosystem from non-technical angles: open source program office (OSPO) staff\, legal experts\, policy advocates\, standards organizations\, equity champions\, community managers\, and foundation leaders. Together\, they help shape the frameworks\, culture\, and strategy that make open source work. \nThis event serves as a strategic checkpoint for the open source movement. It’s where conversations happen about not only what’s being built—but how and why. From sustainability and funding models to licensing\, AI alignment\, security\, and governance\, Open Source Summit brings clarity and direction to a fast-changing open source landscape. \nWhether you’re deep in code or focused on enabling the communities and structures that support it\, this is where your work gains momentum and impact. \nLearn more about the event and register here. \nZephyr Track\nThe Zephyr track is for developers using or considering Zephyr in embedded products.
